Swimming - it's a lifelong exercise
One of the brilliant things about swimming – is that it really is a life long sport - probably the only life-long sport. For example, did you know that masters swimming has a 100-105 age group?! We don’t know any other sport where athletes are still competing at this age. So if you are looking to keep fit and healthy into infinity and beyond swimming is the way to go!
We offer Adult Swim Training in a friendly and supportive environment. 

If you swim with an efficient technique at a moderate pace for 20 minutes or more once a week, you can profit from a whole range of health and fitness benefits. Swimming is generally acknowledged to be great cardiovascular exercise burning calories and helping keep you supple. Don't be discouraged if you are uncertain of your technique. Why not sign-up for a course of 10 sessions with us?
