Training Aims

  • Train to develop Swimming Skills and learn to swim efficiently
  • Stroke technique – skill drills – build endurance
  • Starts and turns, relay and individual medley
  • Chain swimming, lane etiquette, using a pace clock
  • Laws of the sport
  • Flexible training programme – any 2, 3 or 4 sessions each week
  • 2 groups on ability – Bronze and Silver
